1. VENUE HIRING REQUEST
Please download the request form and send it – at least one month before your planned event – to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Special tours and events are usually held during closing hours, in compliance with the laws on workplace, fire and public safety.
You will be put in contact with a museum curator, with whom you will be able to define the organization of your event and who will specify conservation and guardianship requirements. The Ufficio Concessioni will thereafter send you a fee payment request for the costs listed below under the points 4a and 4d, which must be formally accepted.
Subsequently, the Ufficio Concessioni will send you a formal contract for the temporary concession of museum spaces, which must be countersigned and sent back to the Ufficio. The concessioni is valid only once the fee is paid and the Ufficio Concessioni has received a copy of the insurance policy (see below, point 4b).
4. COST SUMMARY

These cost will be communicated in our fee payment request. N.B: All these cost must be paid in advance.
